The company specializes in the production of industrial brushes, utilizing advanced CNC machinery, including Mazak machines equipped with Mazatrol Smooth G control systems. The work environment is professional, well-organized, and dedicated to custom projects — from single units to medium-sized production series.
Your role as a CNC Operator and Programmer:
- Programming Mazak CNC machines. Experience in Mazatrol Smooth G is advantageous.
- Set up, clamp and mill components based on technical drawings.
- Perform deburring and precision quality checks (tolerances of less than 0.1 mm).
- Adjust machining parameters according to material characteristics.
- Collaborate with the work preparation team to enhance process efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Work on custom parts ranging from single units to small- and medium-sized production runs.
Work schedule:
- You will work one shift from Monday to Friday, from 07:45 to 16:30.
To succeed in this job, you should be:
- Educated in a relevant technical field (e.g., vocational or secondary technical school background in metalworking or mechanical engineering)
- Experienced in machining and CNC operation
- Skilled in reading technical drawings, clamping, and using measuring tools
- Precise, independent, eager to learn, and solution-focused
- Good communicate in English and/or Dutch
