The company specializes in the production of industrial brushes, utilizing advanced CNC machinery, including Mazak machines equipped with Mazatrol Smooth G control systems. The work environment is professional, well-organized, and dedicated to custom projects — from single units to medium-sized production series.
Your role as a Conventional Turner:
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Set up and operate conventional (and potentially CNC) lathes.
- Machining various materials and adjusting for stress and behaviour.
- Perform routine machine maintenance.
- Inspect dimensions and quality, making necessary corrections.
- Deburr and clean machined components.
- Test CNC programmes via simulation with the work preparation team.
- Provide feedback on estimated machining times.
- Suggest improvements to production processes and product quality.
Work schedule:
- You will work one shift from Monday to Friday, from 07:45 to 16:30.
To succeed in this job, you should be:
- Technically trained, preferably in metalworking (e.g., vocational or secondary technical education)
- Experienced as a conventional turner
- Knowledgeable in materials, machining, measuring, clamping, and machine operation
- Good communicate in English and/or Dutch
